Information we process

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal information about you. We have collated these into groups as follows:

USAGE DATA:

This is information related to your Synchro Grade account which you create before evaluating and grading a job, and may include your e-mail address, username and password etc.

BILLING INFORMATION:

Where payment is required for your use of the Services, certain billing information is required, such as a name, address, e-mail address and financial information and any additional or ancillary information needed in order for you to affect payment to Synchro Grade.

ACCOUNT SETTINGS:

The personal preferences which you can change in order for you to use the Services, such as your language and location settings.

OTHER DATA:

Any other data which you volunteer to Synchro Grade.

We may aggregate anonymous information such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Anonymous information is information that does not identify you as an individual. Aggregated information may be derived from your personal information but is not considered personal information in law because it does not reveal your identity.

For example, we may aggregate profile information to assess interest in a product or service. However, if we combine or connect aggregated data with your personal information so that it can identify you in any way, we treat the combined data as personal information, and it will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Special personal information is data about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and biometric data.
