Go to the Create Job Profile tab. You can upload a transcript or any role related content that might be useful, use our guided prompt builder. Synchro's AI will help generate a draft you can refine, edit, and approve.
Yes. Go to Manage Job Profiles, select the one you want to edit, and click Edit. You can make manual changes or use AI suggestions to improve sections.
For best results, ensure your prompt or transcript input includes key job related details like duties, reporting lines, and required experience. If it still doesn't help, refine the prompt. You can also contact support for additional assistance.

Synchro Profile has a collaborative workflow feature that allows you to invite collaborators to review and edit, comment or approve the draft profile. You will need to set the user permission will per invited collaborator in order for them to work with you on the document.
Each job profile is tagged with a status of where it is in the job profile review workflow.
Yes. You can export a completed job profile as a PDF & Word format. Go to the profile, click Download, and choose to Export as PDF or Word.
To ensure the AI generates an accurate profile, provide a clean transcript with clear speaker labels (e.g., Interviewer/Incumbent) in an accepted format (.txt, .docx, or .pdf).
You have the option to revise any section of the job profile manually or regenerate a new draft using the prompt builder. AI suggestions are flexible and you're in control of the final content.
